Situated conveniently near the train station, it allowed for easy access to the picturesque charm of Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding Cotswolds. I booked a superior single room which, while simple, provided ample space and an inviting bathroom, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Breakfast was notably better than my previous experience, featuring efficient service and a delightful selection that catered to a range of tastes. I particularly enjoyed having a scrumptious afternoon tea, which lent a lovely touch, reminiscent of sharing sweet and savory treats with loved ones. The staff were accommodating during an unexpected flooding incident, offering an extra night to ensure our safety and comfort—a gesture that truly reflects their commitment to hospitality. The Northwick Arms Hotel offers an excellent blend of modern comforts and historic charm, making it a splendid base for anyone looking to explore the delightful history of this region.
